Can I hold a photo shoot in your flowers?
Absolutely! We have hosted many senior photo, engagement photo and even a wedding photo shoot in our flower field! Photo shoots held during our open hours require a $25 payment per client/couple/family. This includes the option to pick flowers during the shoot. Outside of our open hours, we are happy to book private photo sessions. These cost $100 per hour for a single client. Minis sessions incur an additional fee of $25 per client. Do you allow people to book private events in the flowers?
Yes! We would love to host your private event in the flowers field! Contact us so we can discuss what you are looking for, what we can offer you and any fees that would apply. We've hosted birthdays, reunions, arranging classes and even a micro wedding in the flowers!
When is the best time to pick flowers?
Believe it or not, flowers (much like many people) do not love the heat and can wilt when picked in the heat of the day. To ensure you are picking the best quality flowers to take home with you, we recommend picking early in the morning or during our evening hours.
How many varieties of flowers do you grow?
Our flower field is comprised of mostly annual flowers with some perennials sprinkled in. Growing annuals means we have to plant them every season, but it also means the majority of our flowers will bloom all season long, giving you the best possible picking experience and creating our garden-like environment. In 2026, we have over 50 types of flowers in an array of colors making for over 200 varieites of unique blooms to choose from in our field!
How many flowers can I pick?
Our standard You-Pick pitcher holds an average of 20-30 flowers. Please keep in mind that the number of flowers you can pick into a pitcher can vary widely depending on the types of flowers that you pick. Focal flowers like zinnias, sunflowers and dahlias have a thicker stem than some of our accent flowers and fillers like scabiosa, yarrow and grasses.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Absolutely! If you're looking to pick for an event or just really want a lot of beautiful flowers, we have You-Pick buckets available just for you! Our You-Pick buckets hold an average of 100 stems, depending on what mix of flowers you choose. If you're looking for a bulk amount of a specific flower (think zinnias, dahlias, sunflowers, etc), we offer single varieties in bunches of 10 that we can pick for you.
